No purchase necessary. Open to all entrants in the United States, 16 years old and above. To enter the contest electronically, access the Campaign.com web site by typing http://www.campaign.com/ follow all instructions and complete the online entry form including name, address, phone number and e-mail address. To qualify for a chance to win, your entry must be received by Campaign.com (hereby known as "sponsor") via email by midnight (PST) on 11/04/08. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account. Use of automated devices not valid for entry. Incomplete entries will not be eligible for the contest drawing.

No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries accepted. Sponsor not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive entry information by sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof. Sponsor is also not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in the contest, or for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible or unreadable by sponsor. All entries become the property of sponsor for promotional purposes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IN THE EVENT THIS CONTEST IS COMPROMISED OR BECOMES TECHNICALLY CORRUPTED IN ANY WAY, ELECTRONICALLY OR OTHERWISE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW THE ONLINE TRANSMISSION OF THIS CONTEST AND TO SELECT WINNERS FOR THE PRIZES BY RANDOM DRAWING FROM AMONG ALL ENTRIES RECEIVED.

One Winner will be selected daily from all eligible entries received during contest run. Drawing will be conducted after midnight on 11/04/08. PST by Campaign.com, whose decisions are final. Winners will be notified by email and telephone and will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability that must be signed and received by sponsor. An alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing, if affidavit of winner is not received via fax within 24 hours of notification. Winner will be required to provide all taxpayer information, including social security number, before claiming prize. If prize notification email is returned as undeliverable, it will result in disqualification, and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. Winner may not substitute or transfer prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with one of equal or greater value in the event prize is unavailable. All taxes on prize and any other costs or expenses related to prize are winner's responsibility. Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes giving Campaign.com permission to use winner's name, prize won, hometown and photo for online posting, and/or any media advertising and publicity purpose without additional compensation. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.

PRIZES: 1 Winning Prize: 1 (One) Stratego® game will be awarded to a winner daily selected from a random drawing starting from August 24th, 2008 until November 4th, 2008. There will be no cash reimbursement for any portion of prize. Prize will be fulfilled by Campaign.com and sent to winner within 30 days of receipt of completed Winner's Affidavit.

Campaign.com will not be held responsible for non-delivery of prize due to an emergency resulting from acts of God or acts of any government or authority. Further, no responsibilities are accepted for any damage or delay due to sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints, weather or other causes beyond their personal control. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority.

This contest is governed by U.S. law and the City of San Diego, CA. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.
