• We need to stop these predatory student lending companies
• I proposed a new National Service that a student can work for two years to help fund their education.
• One of the ways we'll do that is make college more affordable to perspective teachers can get the education they need.
• Let's begin to respect our teachers and give them the support we need.
• I go to schools now, and besides a computer or two it looks remarkably similar to how it did when I went to school.
• I need educators to help us design the new education system.

• We need to have a tax code that doesn't favor the rich.
• We need to end the war in Iraq and bring that money back here.
• It's not rich people that made America great, it's hard working families.

• I can't tell you how many people I've talked to who said - " I don't know what happened. I got an education but I just can't make ends meet"
• Too many feel like they are running in place.
• The average American has lost a $1,000 in income.
• We need the government to be a partner in helping the economy.
• We need to have an economy that helps everyone.
• But I was also blessed to be an American.
• I was blessed to be born into a family that could always provide for me.
• I'm not running for President to put band-aids on our problems.
• A single house wife that can't afford it?

• Who would we leave out?
• I believe with all of my heart that it is a right for everyone to have healthcare.
• We need to achieve universal healthcare in America.
• We must never forget in the richest nation that we should not ever forget that agenda to take care of the poor.
